1. Check battery life status in the iPhone Settings. If above 80% there is no need to consider change, battery is fine. If between 50-80%, to be reviewed by Div/Trevor. Below 50% replacement can be processed pending approval from Div
2. If user is a VIP, then obtain battery life from step 1 and review with Div for approval. VIP User List
